Not sure if the stars aligned or Providence shone down on us, but we were beyond fortunate to find and hire Karen to sell our parents' vacation home in Punta Gorda. Karen is the consummate professional--she knows the market and all the INs and OUTs of selling property--but she is also personable, caring, and committed to providing a first-class experience to her clients. Among other things, Karen smartly recommended a listing price range which resulted in maximum gain for our parents; put together a top-notch listing with drone video and photos; helped us find a great estate sale company; worked with a handyman and others to get the house ready; personally returned the cable box equipment; and generally held our hands remotely (we live in Greater Cincinnati) throughout the process. Bottom line: Karen does whatever it takes to help her clients. If possible, we would give Karen more stars than "Excellent" because she deserves nothing less.
